Starting at $215/week for one professional cleaning visit per week.
Essential, routine maintenance designed for standard offices up to 2,000 sq. ft. Includes high-touch point sanitation, floor sweeping and mopping, and cleaning of up to 2 restroom sets (max 4 stalls each).

Pricing Structure
Winner's Circle is billed using a custom square-foot rate, typically ranging between:
15¢ – 22¢ per sq. ft.
Depending on facility size, condition, frequency, and operational requirements.

General Indoor Homeowner Property Cleaning
The Stable Package provides homeowners with commercial-grade cleaning focused on the most important areas of the home. Straightforward pricing, reliable scheduling, and professional results.

Service Agreements Mandatory. All residential bookings require a signed service agreement prior to the first visit.
2-hour minimum charge applies to all Stable Package bookings.

High-Gloss Finish
